Located deep in the heart of the Aska Adventure Area, Off the Hook is close to all the outdoor adventures that visitors love, like kayaking, tubing, and long days on Lake Blue Ridge. The relaxation begins on your drive to the cabin, which is full of country sights and peaceful sounds. Roll down your windows and breathe in fresh mountain air laced with scents of honeysuckle and mountain laurel. Soon, you will arrive in your own private cove, tucked away near Lake Blue Ridge with land adjacent to the USFS. Wake up early enough in the morning and you might see signs of wildlife roaming around as the sun rises!

You’ll know that you’re on cabin time as soon as you step inside the front door. Inside, you will find three finished levels of country rustic goodness. This true log cabin has a full wood interior, giving you that sought-after “cabin vibe” that you love so much. Enjoy a completely renovated interior featuring high-end cabin décor, a cozy living area, fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of room for your whole party. When it’s time to hit the hay, take your choice from three bedrooms: king master on main, a twin bedroom on main, or a queen bedroom on the upper level.

Outdoor living is immaculate at Off the Hook and features a covered fishing deck where you can watch the sun set over the lake. Sit around the firepit, where you can build a roaring fire, make s’mores, and reminisce with your best friends. Throw some burgers on the grill and enjoy an afternoon lunch around the picnic table, or park yourself in one of the convenient rocking chairs for a little extra relaxation. If you’re feeling a little fishy, be sure to bring your pole and some bait for a fun day of fishing from the deck on Lake Blue Ridge. For your safety, the dock at Off the Hook is not accessible for guests. That doesn’t mean you can’t dip your feet in the water or fish – just be sure to splash around from the shore!
