Upon arrival, lady was smiling ,sweet, professional, and extremely helpful. After hours gentleman was really nice and very HELPFUL

We truly enjoyed our stay ,even extended it by extra nite would have stayed a lot longer if we could have. Loved the cabin, we didn't even leave the cabin for 2 days because the cabin had everything we needed, and extremely relaxing. Beautiful, Beautiful cabin. I fell in love with it and I have stayed in cabins in, blairsville, Gatlinburg, and pigeon forge. I would rate this cabin number one above the rest. this is Kathy ,Tim's wife doing the survey, but he agrees very much with my assessment.

Our stay was very peaceful. I traveled with my elderly parents and they too enjoyed their stay. One of our requirements was a nice bedroom with a bathroom downstairs, this property met the bill.

I booked over the phone because I had questions and everyone was very friendly and help me find the property that fit our needs the best. Check in on the day we arrived was quick and easy. They followed up each day to be sure we were enjoying our stay. One time I had a little problem getting the fireplace to start and they responded and had it fixed within the hour. We had no other need to speak with customer service. It was a great, relaxing stay.

The cabin was just what we wanted for a few days of relaxing. It stayed warm when it got cold out and a nice breeze blew through when the porch doors were open during the warmer days. We enjoyed coffee by the fire and wine on the porch. The couches were all really comfortable for tv watching. The kitchen is well appointed. Like I mentioned earlier, if youre a coffee drinker, then bring #4 cone filters as there are not any provided. The washer and dryer worked well. The pool table looked nice though we didnt play. The beds were comfortable. Water pressure and temperature in showers were great. Decor was cute and inviting. The tv in the living room is a good size and easy to login to your streaming services or you can just use YouTube live tv. The internet was great, though one letter or number was different on the website for the password than on the paper they gave me at check in, but once I figured that out we were good to go. There is a neighbor pretty close to the back of the house, but it wasnt an issue. We never saw them and we only went to that area to walk the dogs. There is a nice field at the bottom of the driveway (a little bit of a steep walk) where I ran with my dogs and let them sniff and play. It has a little stream that runs around it. The town is very nearby for grocery shopping, take out, gas etc. We didnt use the outdoor fire pit but I did sit out there and it was great too. They sell wood all over the town and there are even a couple houses on the drive in from town that sell bundles for about $10 or $15 each. You can hear the main road sometimes, but not much. Its nice that its a close road to get into town and you dont need a four wheel drive vehicle to get to the house. There are stairs to get into the house from the driveway. Totally fine, but good to know if you have any mobility issues. There are stairs to the basement and upper level too that are fairly steep, but sturdy. Its a beautiful cabin and we wished we could have stayed a couple more days and were already looking at dates to come back. We did go to the Sasquatch museum and that was a fun little outing. But mostly we just enjoyed the comfort of the cabin and the quiet of the woods. If we come back Ill probably look for some other outdoor activities, but for this visit we were very content to just be comfortable and enjoy the very nice and comfortable cabin.
