• Agency Disclosure: Georgia Mountain Cabin Rentals serves as the agent and representative of all owners of vacation properties in its rental program, and is acting at all times, in and for the best interests of the owners.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM: Please check in at Georgia Mountain Cabin Rentals at Address. Keys will not be given out before 4:00 PM, please do not ask! Please call in advance if you will be arriving after 5:00 PM.

• Check out is at 11:00 AM: No exceptions! Please exit the premises before or no later than 11:00 AM, unless other arrangements have been made in writing between Georgia Mountain Cabin Rentals and guests.

• Reservation Requirements: You must call Georgia Mountain Cabin Rentals at 1-877-656-RENT (7368) to book a reservation. A $250.00 down payment must be made by credit card at the time of making your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. At the time of check-in, the remaining balance must be paid in full by CASH, CHECK, OR TRAVELERS CHECK ONLY!

• Damage Deposit: At time of check in, you will be required to provide a credit card which will be put on hold. This hold will be in the amount of $250. This is only a hold and will automatically be dropped after 10 days. In the case that any damages occur during your rental stay, this hold will become a transaction and will be charged to your card.
  Please note, there will be a walk through inspection after the check out of each party. Also any damages exceeding $250 will also be charged to your credit card.

• Confirmation of Reservation: Once a reservation has been made and down payment has been received you will then receive a conformation in the form of fax, email, or mail. After receiving your rental statement, please read thoroughly. It is your responsibility to bring to our attention any errors on your statement. You will also need to read the Liability Release Form thoroughly and make sure each person in your party signs the release form. This may be mailed or faxed to office before your arrival date, or you may bring it at check-in.

• Cancellation Policy: To cancel a reservation you must email or call our office. You must then mail a certified letter stating the cancellation of your reservation. Cancellations are only confirmed by receipt of a certified letter mailed to: Georgia Mountain Cabin Rentals, P.O. Box 2501 Blue Ridge, GA 30120. Reservations cancelled with less than a 1 month notice are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Any reservation cancelled with less than a 2 week notice forfeits $250 deposit and NO SHOWS ARE SUBJECT TO THE ENTIRE RENTAL FEES. Cancellation policy applies to last minute bookings as well. Sorry, no exceptions.

• Georgia Mountain Cabin Rentals HAS A STRICT POLICY: NO SMOKING IN ALL OUR CABINS. NO PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 25 WILL BE ALLOWED TO MAKE A RESERVATION (ID WILL BE CHECKED AT TIME OF CHECK-IN) ANY VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AND ANY FURTHER DAMAGE OR CLEANING EXPENSES WILL BE BILLED TO THE RENTERS CREDIT CARD, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
